How do I choose? ITIL or ISO 20000?
-
In order to qualify for certification (pass an ISO 20000 audit) you have to
implement the ITIL Best Practice guidelines. measureITIL is a tool for those
implementing change, where as i-20K is a tool for measuring compliance to the
Standard. It shows what you still need to do in order to pass certification.

What happens to my data?
-
You data is stored in an individual SQL Server database in an ISO 17799
certified data centre. Standard backups are performed on the Server. You can
request / download a copy of your data at any time. If you require individual
backup/restore of your database you can select the optional feature.
If your subscription lapses, you data will be maintained for a period of three
months. After that time it will be deleted.

Data Privacy
-
You data will never be released to a third party. You data (if you do not opt
out) may be aggregated to create industry benchmarks. No organisation will be
identifiable from aggregated benchmark data which will be classified only by
industry. Benchmark data will not be sold to third parties, but made available
to users once the data pool is sufficiently large.

If my subscription lapses, what happens?
-
You will no longer have access to the application. The application data will be
retained for three months so that at any time in that period you may reactivate
the subscription. If a subscription lapses and must be re-activated, there will
be a setup charge.

Why would I want more than one user?
-
There are multiple processes in both ITIL and ISO 20000. It is unlikely that
one person would have detailed knowledge or ownership of all. In addition it
pays to get the viewpoints of those who supply the process, those who work it
and those who receive it's outputs or products. They may all have different
views on the Strenths and Weaknesses. But, there is no necessity to have more
than one user.

How do I cancel my subscription?
-
You need to notify us in writing (email is satisfactory) 30 days prior to the
date on which you wish to cancel. If you took a 12 month subscription and
notified us at the eleventh month of your intention to cancel, the site would
close at the end of the twelfth month. You data would be maintained for a
further three months should you wish to re-activate.
If you took a subscription for twelve months and notified us at the twelve
months of your intention to cancel, you will be billed for the thirty days
notice, and the site will remain active for a total of thirteen months.

How do I calculate the monthly cost?
-
If there is only one user then the total cost is $AUD200 per month, payable
annually in advance.
For multiple users, there is a scale. The first user costs $AUD200. The second
is $AUD100. For the third and subsequent users, access is $AUD50 per month. An
example calculation for 5 users would be:
| User Name |
Monthly cost for particular user |
Relative cost per user per month |
